Step 1: Fill out a client information form indicating your preference in location, specialties, days/times, and even therapist. You can search our therapist directory yourself to see our providers. If you find one you think would be a good fit, you can indicate this on your information form. Or if you want us to find someone for you, we are glad to do this.
Step 2: Once we receive the completed form, we will match you with a therapist who has availability based on your preferences. If the therapist you selected is not available, we will offer other options for you.
Step 3: The therapist will then contact you within 24 hours to schedule. Sessions will be scheduled directly with your therapist and payment will be expected at the time of service. If for some reason, your therapist is not a good fit, you can try any of the other available therapists in our network.
