Spiritual Explorer

After experiencing family instability, conflict, and abuse during childhood, I started therapy at 13, though I wasn’t convinced that talking about my experiences would actually help.  Over time, therapy gave me space to process my trauma, understand myself more deeply, learn to navigate my emotions, and imagine a future I genuinely wanted to live for.  That experience changed the way I understood healing and ultimately led me to become the therapist I once needed.  My work is rooted in a passion for mental health equity, accessible and meaningful care, and creating space for people to rewrite the stories they’ve been carrying.  In many ways, I’m now the therapist my 13-year-old self would be proud of as I get to walk alongside others as they discover what’s possible for their own lives.

I bring authenticity, curiosity, creativity, empathy, and compassion to our work in therapy.  I’ll meet you where you are and create space to explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and make meaningful change.  One approach I commonly use is Narrative Therapy to help you explore the stories you hold about yourself, examine the influence of societal and relational contexts, and reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of agency.  Together, we can work to rewrite your life story to support your healing, empowerment, and meaningful change.

I love live music and enjoy catching local shows, large concerts, and music festivals. I also love to hike, collect rocks and crystals, hangout with my dog, and stand on top of a mountain or walk down interesting streets taking in the experience and capturing the moment with my camera.
